1975 Coachman Cadet in Slatington, PA

1975 Coachman Cadet 20 foot camper We purchased this camper last year and have never used it. My daughters do not like to camp. It has air conditioning, sleeps 5 or 6 , 4 bunk beds and there is a double and single up front. Bathroom and shower, sink stove and refrigerator. I have never used any of it I was told that everything works and the previous owner had used up till I purchased it. It needs some TLC the ceiling vinyl cover (looks like shelf paper ) is coming down from the humidity . To my knowledge the roof doesn't leak . On the outside the roof should be coated, and the tin stone guard and 2 strips of wood underneath need to be patched/repaired. I am asking 1,200.
